The city of Trondheim, was hosting 2017 Norwegian Road Championship with the strongest riders from all over the country. Safe Cycling AS took a part in it as well, but this time from spectators perspective. Down below you can read, what we did and what we experienced last weekend at 2017 Norwegian Road Championships.

This day was very special for us, where we witnessed "Team Hitec Products" dominance in Women Time Trial. Vita Heine won Time Trial second year on a row. Her teammates Thea Thorsen and Katrine Aalerud finished second and third. We were present, as well for Men Time Trial, where Edvald Boasson Hagen (Team Dimension Data) showed his dominance and claimed the title third year on a row. Anders Vangstad (Team Sparebanken Sør) and Kristoffer Skjerping (Team Joker Icopal) finished second and third.

In these days Safe Cycling AS had a unique chance to meet up with some of the Norwegian young talents and professionals. Our day got even better, when we had a chance to follow the riders through the whole practice.

Very interesting and exciting last day in Trondheim for 2017 Norwegian Road Championships. Vita Heine proved her favorite status and won Road Race title second year on a row. This day was full of surprises and excitement in fight for Men Road Race championship title. Team Joker Icopal did amazing job and helped their young talent Rasmus Fossum Tiller to win the title, leaving Sven Erik Bystrøm (Team Katusha) and Bjørnar Øverland (Team FixIt.no) behind him.
